| 摘 要： | 目的 ] 了解高危 (高血压、高血脂、肥胖、家族史、老龄 )人群中 2型糖尿病的患病率。 方法 ] 选具有 1种或 1种以上高危因子的 42 3人 ,测餐后的毛细血管全血糖 ,若 >6 .7mmol/L者 ,接受OGTT。 结果 ] 糖尿病患病率为 7.80 % ,糖耐量减退 (IGT)为 16 .78%。糖尿病与IGT者与血糖正常者比较 ,年龄 ,体重指数 (BMI)均显著升高 ,具有高危因子的机会明显增加。 结论 ] 高危人群调查比普查具有更重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the prevalence rate of type 2 diabetes in the high risk (hypertension,hyperlipidemia,overweight,positive family history,elder) individuals. Method] 423 adults with one or more risk factors were examined for 2-hour postprandial capillary blood glucose. Oral glucose tests (OGTT) were done in those with result greater than 6.7 mmol/L. Results] The prevalence rate of type 2 diabetes was 7.8%,impaired glucose toterance (IGT) was 16% .Diabetes and IGT patients has older age,higher BMI and more often with high-risk factors than normal glucose level population. Conclusion] It is more important to investigate high-risk individuals than common population. |
