摘    要:
[目的 ] 通过研究增生性疤痕表面细菌在数量、种类、时间上的变化 ,阐明增生性疤痕生长情况与增生性疤痕表面细菌的联系。 [方法 ] 选择一定数量的患者进行分组 ,分别采样在葡萄糖培养基中进行细菌培养 ,然后进行显微镜检查、分离培养鉴定。 [结果 ] 生长活跃的增生性疤痕表面以表面葡萄球菌为主 ,其数量也较多 ,生长不活跃的增生性疤痕表面以腐生表皮葡萄球菌 ,且数量也少 ,甚至为无菌生长。 [讨论 ] 增生性疤痕表面葡萄球菌可能影响增生性疤痕的生长 ,并且可以促进增生性疤痕的生长。

Abstract:
Objective] To investigating the change of the bacteria on surface of the hyperplastic scar in the fields of quantity, kind and period effecting the hyperplastic scar's growth.[Method] We divided 199 patients of four groups and sampling the bacteria from the surface of the hyperplastic scar.To find what bacteria growth in the culture medium.[Results] More the racemose coccuses on the surface of hyperplastic scar are,more the hyperplastic scar grow..[Conclusion] The racemose coccuses on the hyperplastic scar can effect the growth of the hyperplastic scar,and it can accelerate the growth of the hyperplasticscar. Key word: Hyperplastic scar; Racemose coccusesn patinets with CRF, Cordyceps Sinensis can improve the metabolic disorder notably, increase the dropped free amino acids in varying degrees, but couldn't correct completely the disturbance.
