| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨特比萘芬、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、制霉菌素体外抗口腔念珠菌的敏感性.[方法]采用NCCLS公布的M-27A方案微量液体稀释法分别测定特比萘芬、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、制霉菌素对38株临床分离的口腔念珠菌的体外敏感性.[结果]38株白念珠菌对氟康唑耐药4株,敏感34株;对伊曲康唑耐药5株,敏感33株;对特比奈芬耐药15株,敏感23株;制霉菌素均敏感.[结论]4种药物中氟康唑的敏感性相对较高,但仍有耐药现象,且氟康唑与伊曲康唑存在交叉耐药.
