5-Fu区域化疗对大肠癌手术后肝转移影响的临床研究

目的 探讨5－FU区域化疗是否可以减少大肠癌手术后肝转移的发生率。方法 1994年4月至1998年7月我们将符合研究标准的117例患进行了研究，手术中按随机分组，治疗组57例，对照组60例。治疗组5－FU 500mg/m2，连续7d，对照组不插管。所有患至少随访4年。结果 门静脉插管化疗的不良反应与全身化疗一样，主要是消化道症状和造血功能抑制，但都较轻微，可以耐受。对照组肝转移13（13／60）例，治疗组肝转移3（3／57）例（X^=5．1，P＜0．05）。结论 大肠癌手术后门静脉插管化疗可减少肝转移的发生率，其不良反应是可以忍受的，它是值得广泛推广的治疗手段。

Clinical study on the impact of regional infusion of 5-Fu on the metastasis of colotectal cancer to the liver of patients after operation

Objective To value the effect of the regional infusion of 5-Fu on liver metastases from colorectal cancer.Methods From April, 1994 to July,1998, 117 cases of patient qualified with our standards were studied. They were randomized into two groups: therapy group, for which a catheter was placed through a mesenteric vein to the portal system, and 5-Fu at a dose of 500mg/m 2 was given by continuous intravenous infusion for 7 days. No catheter was placed in the control group. All patients were reevaluated for a minimum of 4 years. Results The main toxic reactions related to digestive system and blood-producing system, whereas they were almost invariably mild and transient. Objective liver metastases developed in 13/60 patients in the control group, in three of 57 patients in the 5-Fu group(X 2=5.1, P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant 5-Fu liver perfusions have a preventive role for liver metastasis from colorectal cancer with tolerable toxic reactions, so it is recommendable.
