| 摘 要： | 86例糖尿病(平均病程为5.6年)的饮食治疗后果表明,提高饮食中的碳水化合物含量(约占总热量的50～60％)可以提高疗效,但对肥胖型糖尿病高甘油三脂血症者,则应减少饮食中碳水化合物含量。总热量是根据劳动强度和体型来计算。

| Abstract: | The results of 86 cases of diabetes mellitus treated with diet therapy suggested that high-carbohydrate diets (50-60％ of the total calories) were beneficial to these patients. But hypertriglyceridemia in the obese type of diabetes mellitus is best treated with hyPocaloric diets that contain reduced quantities of carbohydrate. The total calorie is counted on the basis of the body type and labour intensity. |
