快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术后护理中的应用

为探索快速康复外科（FTS）在腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术后护理中的应用，选取38例行腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术后患者，随机分为两组，分别采用FTS新理念护理（观察组，19例）及传统方法护理（对照组，19例）。比较两组术后首次排气、排便时间，住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生率。结果显示，两组首次排气、排便时间，住院时间、住院费用差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05），并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结果表明，FTS理念应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术后护理，可以加快患者康复，缩短住院时间。提高生活质量。

Application of the Concept of Fast track Surgery in Nursing after Laparoscopic Resection of Colorectal Carcinoma

The objective of this study was to evaluate the outcome of the applictaion of fast-track surgery （FTS） concept in nursing after laparoscopic resection of colorectal carcinoma. Thirty eight patients were recruited and randomized into 2 groups, patients in the study group（ n = 19） were nursed in line with FTS concept,while patients in the control group（ n = 19） with the traditional way. The indexes of first farting time, first defecation time, hospital stay, hospitalization cost and complication incidence were adopted in the evaluation. As results, statistical significance existed in all the above-mentioned indexes（ P 〈0.05）,except the complication incidence which had no statistical significance（ P 〉0.05）. It is concluded that the application of FTS concept in nursing after laparoscopic resection of colorectal carcinoma can help recovery,shorten hospital stay and improve quality of life.
