两种手术方法治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效比较

为比较重建皮肤黏膜桥术和单纯外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将90例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组，各45例，一组采用重建皮肤黏膜桥术治疗（治疗组），一组采用单纯外剥内扎术治疗（对照组）。结果显示，在治愈率方面，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；在创面愈合方面，治疗绀明显快于对照组（P〈0．01）．且术后并发症发生率及复发率比对照组低。结果表明．重建皮肤黏膜桥术治疗环状混合痔安全有效，疗效优于单纯外剥内扎术。

Comparison on the Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy of Two Surgical Procedures in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

The objective of the study was to compare the therapeutic efficacy of two surgical procedures：reconstruction of skin and mucosal bridge（RSMB） and external dissection and internal ligation（EDIL） in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH）. Ninety patients with CMH were randomised into two groups,patients in the study group（ n=45） underwent RSMB,while patients in the control group（ n =45） underwent EDII.. As results,there was no statistical difference in cure rate between the two groups（ P 〉0.05） ;while wound healing was quicker in the study group than in the control group （ P 〈0.01） ,and postoperative complication incidence rate and recurrence rate were lower in the study group. It is concluded that RSMB is safe and effective in the treatment of CMH,better than EDIL.
