腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后吻合口出血10例护理体会

为探讨并分析腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后吻合口出血的原因，并提出护理对策，回顾性分析和总结lO例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后吻合口出血的治疗方法和护理对策。10例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后吻合口出血的患者中，6例经保守治疗1～3d后出血停止；4例保守治疗无效，3例行经肛吻合口缝扎止血后出血停止；1例行腹腔镜下吻合口缝扎止血，横结肠双腔造口，出血症状消失。10例患者住院15～27d，无其他并发症。结果表明，做好生命体征监测、心理护理、引流管护理、腹部体征和肛门排出液的观察对预防和治疗腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后吻合口出血具有重要的意义。

Nursing Experience on 10 Patients with Anastomotic Bleeding after Laparoscopic Radical Resection for Rectal Carcinoma

The objective of this study was to search for the cause of anastomotic bleeding after laparoscopic radical resection for rectal carcinoma, and to propose nursing countermeasures. Authors analysed the data on treatment and nursing countermeasures of 10 patients with this disease, among whom 6 recovered by conservation treatment for 1-3 days hemostasis;in rest 4 cases, conservative treatment became ineffective,3 received transanal anastomotic stoma suture-ligation hemostasis one case received anastomotic stoma hemo- stasis by laparoscope suture-ligation hemostasis, transverse double lumen colostomy, then their bleeding being stoped. All the patients were discharged from hospital after 15-27 days without other complication. Results show that monitoring vital sign,mental nursing,nursing for drainage tube,observation on abdominal physical signs and drainage fluid out from anus have an important significance to preventing and treating anastomotic stoma bleeding following laparoscopic radical resection for rectal carcinoma.
