畅尔舒方治疗泻药性便秘的疗效观察

为研究畅尔舒方治疗泻药性便秘的临床疗效,将泻药性便秘患者分为观察组80例和对照组74例。观察组予畅尔舒方口服．对照组予麻仁软胶囊口服,20d为1个疗程。结果显示．观察组显效率为82．5％,对照组为51．4％（P〈0．05）。排便蹲厕时间过长消除率、排便困难感消除率观察组均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明．畅尔舒方对泻药性便秘有确切疗效。

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Changershu Decoction in the Treatment of Purgative Constipation

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Changershu Decoction（a set prescription of TCM） in the treatment of purgative constipation. Patients with purgative constipation were divided into the study group（ n -=80） and the control group（ n =74）. Patients in the study group received Changershu Decoction（orally） for 20 days, while patients in the control group received Maren Ruanjiaonang capsule for 20 days. As results,the marked improvement rate in the study group was 82.5% ,while that in the control group was 51.4%（ P 〈0.05）;the longer defecation time was better reduced in the study group （ P 〈0.05） ;and difficult defecation was better improved in the study group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that Changershu Decoction has a better confirmed therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of purgative constipation.
