半缝合术在肛周脓肿手术中的临床应用

为观察半缝合法在肛周脓肿一期根治术中的应用效果，将60例肛周脓肿患者分为治疗组31例，对照组29例，治疗组行肛周脓肿一期根治术后，采用半缝合法，对照组仅行肛周脓肿一期根治术。结果显示，治疗组在减轻术后疼痛、缩短疗程、缩小瘢痕方面优于对照组。结果表明，肛周脓肿一期根治术后采用半缝合法较开放术式为佳。

Clinical Application of Half-suture in the Operation for Perianai Abscess

For the objective of investigating the efficacy of half-suture used in primary radical operation for perianal abscess authors divided 60 cases of this disease into treatment group（ n = 31） and controlled group （ n = 29）. In treatment group the half-suture was adopted following primary radical opeation, while in controlled group the half-suture was not adopted, alone primary radical operation. Results showed that in reducing postoperative pain, shortening course of disease and decreasing scar treatment group was all superior to controlled group. Thus it is concluded that adopting half-suture in the operation for perianal abscess is better than open-operation.
