三联疗法治疗直肠内套叠的临床观察

为探讨更好的治疗直肠内套叠的方法,采用三联疗法即肛管固化、肛管压力平衡和肛门直肠环复位治疗直肠内套叠200例。结果显示,（5．0±3．2）min完成操作,患者微痛,全部门诊治疗,无需禁食、控制排便,治愈时间（3．0±2．6）d,治愈率100％,无并发症,其中120例1年后随访无复发和后遗症,与早期保守治疗的54例直肠内套叠的治愈时间（23．0±6．7）d差异非常显著（P〈0．01）。结果表明,三联疗法用于直肠内套叠的治疗具有操作简单、疗程短、痛苦小、疗效肯定的优点。

Clinical Observation on the Three-in-one Therapy in the Treatment of Internal Rectal Intussusception

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the three-in-one therapy （solidification of anal canal,pressure balance of anal canal, plus reposition of anorectal ring） in the treatment of internal rectal intussusception（IRI）. Two hundreds patients underwent that three-in-one therapy. As results,the operative time was 5.0±3.2 minutes, surgical pain was mild, the three-in-one therapy was performed in outpatient department, no fasting control defecation was needed, the recovery time was 3.0± 2.6 days and the cure rate was 100% without complication; follow up was carried out for more than one year in 120 cases,in which no recurrence and sequela were found;the recovery time of 54 cases who had undergone previously traditional treatment was 23.0±6.7 days, which had a marked statistical significance in comparison with that treated with the three-in-one therapy（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that the three-in-one therapy is of many strong points i.e. better therapeutic outcome, simpler manipulation, shorter treatment course and less pain.
