PPH治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效观察

为探讨经吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的效果，采用吻合器对76例直肠黏膜内脱垂患者行PPH，术后随访6～24个月。结果显示，治愈65例（85．5％），显效8例（10．5％），无效3例（4．0％），总有效率96．0％。其中2例3个月后再行PPH，术后均显效。手术时间20～30min，住院时间3d，无1例出血。结果表明，PPH治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂效果确切，创伤小，操作简便，恢复快。

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of PPH in the Treatment of Internal Prolapse of Rectal Mucosa

The objective of this study was to explore the efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） in the treatment of internal prolapse of rectal mucosa. Seventy six patients with this disease underwent PPH in author＇s hospital. The postoperative follow up was taken for 6-24 months. As results, cure was achieved in 65 cases（85.5%）,marked improvement in 8 cases（10.5%）,and the general improvement rate was 96. 0%. Of the 3 cases who gained no improvement, two underwent the second PPH 3 months after the first treatment and marked improvement was achieved in them. The operative time was 20-30minutes,the average hospital stay was 3 days,and there was no blood loss. It is concluded that PPH is a reliable procedure which can ensure less trauma,simpler manipulation,good therapeutic outcome and faster recovery.
