| 摘 要： | 目的通过微创开放式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,并观察其疗效,以评估此术式并积累经验。方法回顾分析522例腰椎间盘突出症行微创开放式髓核摘除术病例。结果对522例病例随访6个月～5年,疗效评定优417例,良82例,可23例,优良率95.6%。结论微创开放式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症对脊柱稳定性影响小,是一种可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objecive To observe the therapeutic effects of treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with micro-traumatic open removal of pulpiform nucleus, and evaluate the operation and accumulate experiences. Methods: We reviewed 522 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with micro-traumatic open removal of pulpiform nucleus. Result: Follow-up survey of the 522 cases was conducted for 6 months to 5 years. 417 cases were excellent in therapeutic effects, 82 were fine and 23 were decent, the fine rate was 95.6%. Conclusion: Prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with micro-traumatic open removal of puspiform nucleus has little influence on spine stability and is a reliable therapy. |
