呼吸系统康复护理对颈髓损伤患者呼吸功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨呼吸系统康复护理干预对改善颈髓损伤患者呼吸功能的影响。方法:随机将48例患者分为康复组24例、对照组24例,两组患者采用相同的康复训练和常规护理,康复组增加呼吸系统康复护理干预,30日后对两组患者的肺功能MVV(最大自主通气量)、FEV1(用力呼气后第1秒内的用力呼气量)和肺部感染率进行比较。结果:两组患者的MVV及FEV1均有提高(P<0.05),康复组肺部感染发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸系统康复护理干预对改善颈髓损伤患者呼吸功能,降低肺部感染有较好的实际意义。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of respiratory system rehabilitation nursing intervention on breath function due to the injury of cervical vertebrae.Method: 48 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(n=24) and control group(n=24),patients in two groups were treated by the same rehabilitation training and common nursing.The cases of treatment group were additionally used the nursing intervention of respiratory system rehabilitation.Lung function of MVV(passing spirit of most greatly independently),FEV1(shout spirit quantity in 1st second by made an effortest to shout spirit quantity after effortest shouting) and the lung infection of the treatment group were compared with the control group after 30 days.Result: MVV and FEV1 were increased(P<0.05) and the rates of lung infection were decreased(P<0.05) in two groups and the result in the treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The nursing of respiratory system rehabititation had the better practical significance of improving the breathe function and reducing the lung infection in patients due to cervical vertebra injury.
