本科护理学男生人格特质与职业兴趣的相关性研究

目的：探讨本科护理学男生的人格特质与职业兴趣之间的相互关系。方法：对山西医科大学、山西中医学院、山西汾阳学院118名本科护理学一、二年级男生采用了艾森克人格问卷调查人格特质,霍兰德职业兴趣测验测量职业兴趣类型。结果：（1）本科护理学男生的人格因子与常模比较显示,内外向、神经质、精神质得分均高于常模,掩饰度得分低于常模。（2）本科护理学男生在职业兴趣的社会型维度上得分较高,在艺术型、常规型维度上得分较低。（3）相关分析显示,内外向与研究型、社会型、企业型、常规型呈正相关,与前三者呈显著相关;神经质与除艺术型以外的其他类型呈负相关,其中与研究型、社会型、常规型显著相关;精神质与研究型呈显著负相关。掩饰度与现实型、研究型、社会型呈负相关,与后两者显著相关。艺术型与各人格维度均不相关。结论：本科护理学男生的职业兴趣多数倾向于社会型以及外向性格,有掩饰倾向,表明护理学男生适合于从事护理职业,但神经质与精神质分值高不利于护理职业人格的形成。

Correlative research between personality idiosyncrasy and vocation interest pertinence of undergraduate nursing profession schoolboys

Objective:Probe into the correlation between personality idiosyncrasy and vocation interest on undergraduate nursing profession schoolboys.Methods:Questionnaire investigate 118 schoolboys who are frosh and sophomore,they came from medical university of Shanxi province,herbalist college of Shanxi province and Fenyang college of Shanxi province.With EPQ questionnaire investigate their personality idiosyncrasy,Holland vocational interest theory measures their vocational interest genre.Results:(1)Schoolboys personality gene are compare with conventional type,it's reveal their scores on introversive or extravert,neuroticism,psychosis were higher than conventional type.(2)Their scores were high on social type,but their scores were low on artistic type and conventionality.(3)Correlative analysis reveal,introversive or extravert is positively related to investigation type,social type,enterprise type and conventional type,it's with three former have remarkable correlative;neuroticism is negatively related to the other types except artistic type,thereinto it's with investigation type,social type and conventional type have remarkable correlative;psychosis is remarkable negatively related to investigation type.Conclusion:Their vocation interest majority tendency to social type and extravert,it indicate the undergraduate nursing schoolboys are fit for engage the nursing vocation,but neuroticism and psychosis scores were high that didn't go against nursing vocation personality.
