| 摘 要： | 目的 :提高男性不育患者的治愈率 ,使他们实现生儿育女的愿望。方法 :我们从 1990年开始 ,对药物未能治愈之少、弱、畸形精子症不育患者 ,采用体外处理精子并行宫腔内人工授精 ( IUI)治疗 ,治疗 50例 ,153个周期 (其中女方自然周期 98,克罗米芬 h CG周期 34 ,h MG h CG周期 2 1)。结果 :妊娠16例 ,总妊娠率为 32 % ( 16/ 50 ) ,周期妊娠率为 10 .4 % ( 16/ 153)。结论 :尽管总妊娠率还比较低 ,但对药物治疗无效之患者 ,此治疗法无疑是重要的治疗方法之一 |

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effect of sperm prepared after swimming and IUI in treatment of infertility in oligoas- theno teratozoospermia patients.Method:Infertility patients caused by oligoastheno- teratozoo- spermia who had failed to become pregnant by medicine(CC,h MG,h CG) for one or more years were treated with IUI(sperm prepared after swimming- up) .Results:In5 0 cases and15 3cycles(Natural cycles:n=98;CC h CG cycles:n=34;h MG h CG cycles: n=2 1) of treatment,there were16 cases became pregnant.The total pregnancy rate being32 .0 % (16 / 5 0 ) ,and the cy- cle pregnancy rate 10 .4% (16 / 15 3) .Conclusion:For infertility cases due to oligoastheno- teratozoo- spermia who failed to conceivewith medicine (CC,h MG,h CG et al.) AIH/ IUI with sperm prepared by swimming might beneficial. |
