摘    要:市场经济环境中,医患双方都增强了许多内在需要,传统医学模式下的医疗卫生服务方式难以适应这种需要的变化.良好的医患沟通,能反映现代医学模式本质特征并符合国情,能较好地满足新环境下医患双方的需要,也是对传统医学模式下的医疗服务方式的优化,具有现实的价值和深远的意义.

Abstract:Both doctors and patients have intensified many internal needs under the market economy environment. The health and medical services of the traditional medical model cannot adapt to this change. Well communication between doctor and patient reflects the essential characteristics of modem medical model and conforms to the actual condition in China, thus meets the needs of both doctors and patients under new environment. It is also of realistic value and profound significance for improving medical service of the traditional medical model.
