| 葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将不稳定型心绞痛患者68例随机分为治疗组与对照组各34例,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用葛根素400mg静滴,对照组予维生素C2g静滴;疗程均为14d。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91.18%和61.76%,心电图改善率分别为82.35%和61.76%。结论葛根素是治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Puerarin Injection on treatment patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods：68 patients with UAP were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group.Both them were treated with common method.Treatment group was treated with Puerarin Injection 400mg once a day.Control group was treated with vitamin C injection once a day.All of these patients accepted follow-up for 14d.Results：Total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.18%,61.76%,and the improvement rate of ECG was 82.35%,61.76%.Conclusion：Puerarin Injection was a safe,reliable and effective medicine in treating UAP. |
