摘    要:目的通过观察脑力负荷前后肥胖青少年Stroop测验中各任务条件下耗时数的变化,初步探讨分析肥胖青少年的部分认知功能。方法采用方便取样,最终254名学生纳入分析,根据体质指数(BMI)进行肥胖程度划分。以韦氏智力量表测试60~70min作为脑力活动负荷,负荷前后分别进行Stroop测验。结果脑力活动负荷前,3组学生Stroop测验各指标的耗时数分别进行比较发现,肥胖组和超重组字色矛盾耗时数明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。脑力活动负荷后,肥胖组和超重组纯颜色和字色无关的耗时数均高于正常组(P<0.05),并且随着BMI Z分的增加,3个指标的耗时数均增加。结论青少年超重和肥胖可明显影响Stroop实验相关认知加工过程,且BMI Z分越高,这种认知加工受累越明显。

Abstract:Objective To observe the differences of Stroop task among adolescents with different BMIs before and after mental workload,and try to explore the change of cognition function after mental workload in students with different degrees of obesity and the relationships between cognition function and body mass index(BMI).Methods A total 254 adolescents were selected by convenience sampling method and were classified into different groups according to BMI.The subjects were manipulated by mental workload with the Ⅳ edition of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC-Ⅳ) for 60 to 70 minutes.The minutes of time for reading card A,B and C were separately recorded before and after mental workload.Results The minutes spent for reading card C were significantly longer in overweight and obese groups than those in the normal bodyweight group before mental workload(P<0.05).After mental workload,the minutes for reading cards A and B were significantly longer in the obese group than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and with the increase of BMI Z scores,the minutes for reading three cards were significantly longer.Conclusion Overweight/obesity have significant effect on cognitive process reflected by Stroop task,and the higher BMI Z scores the more obvious impairment of cognitive process.
