克山病及大骨节病人群与非病人群膳食对比调查

摘    要:目的进一步探讨营养因素与克山病、大骨节病的关系。方法采用询问法对克山病、大骨节病病户及其对照组进行回顾性膳食对比调查。结果克山病患者、大骨节病患者对蔬菜、水果、肉蛋禽类的摄入量明显低于对照组。从而导致维生素A、B1、B2、尼克酸缺乏,微量元素钙及硒摄入量不足,这种现象在两病共存的病户中更为明显。结论营养素缺乏是克山病、大骨节病共同的危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To study the aetiology of both keshan Disease and Kashin Beck Disease.Methods We carried out the dietary surrey of keshan Disease and Kashin Beck Disease families by inquiry method.Results Compared with the controls,the intake of vegetables,fruits,eggs,chicken,and meat was lower among both types of patients,which would result in the lack of some nutrients,such as protein,VA,VB 1,VB 2,VPP,calcium,selenium,etc.This phenomenon was more evident in the families with both keshan Disease and kashin Beck Disease patients.Conclusions Nutrient deficiency is an important risk factor to both keshan Disease and kashin Beck Disease.
