摘    要:雷公藤临床上用于治疗类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、慢性肾病及其他自身免疫疾病的治疗,疗效显著。雷公藤甲素与雷公藤红素是雷公藤中最重要的活性成分,通过查阅文献,综述有关雷公藤甲素与雷公藤红素的体内药动学包括药动学参数、吸收分布特征、代谢产物、代谢特点等方面的研究进展,以期为今后雷公藤的进一步药理学研究提供参考。

Abstract:Tripterygii Wilpordii Radix Folium seu Flos (the roots of Tripterygium wilfordii) used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, chronic kidney disease, and other autoimmune diseases in clinic has the significant efficacy. Triptolide and celastrol are the most important active constituents in Tripterygii Wilpordii Radix Folium seu Flos. A comprehensive analysis was conducted after searching literatures about in vivo pharmacokinetics of triptolide and celastrol in Tripterygii Wilpordii Radix Folium seu Flos, which includes the advances in the study on pharmacokinetic parameters, absorption distribution characteristics, metabolites, metabolic features, etc, in order to provide a reference for further pharmacological research on Tripterygii Wilpordii Radix Folium seu Flos.
