| 摘 要： | 运用中医"毒邪"学说,探讨和制订了急性移植物抗宿主病(aGVHD)的中医病因病机、治则治法,提出扶正固本是防止aGVHD发作的重要措施,而解毒法是贯穿整个治疗过程的原则,进一步探讨了解毒法的具体运用,体现了中医"未病先防,既病防变"的策略思想,为中医药干预造血干细胞移植后并发症的治疗做出有益的探索。

| Abstract: | In the article,the writer tried to make clear Chinese medical mechanism of acute graft versus host disease(aGVHD) with toxicity theory of Chinese medicine.Based on this,the writer held that the basic mechanism is deficiency of YIN and YANG before aGVHD,which is handled by tonifying YANG and YIN to prevent aGVHD and retain GVT effect.Once aGVHD happened,donor T cells turned into exogenous TOXIN which causes serious disequilibrium between YIN and YANG,therefore,the basic mechanism is accentuation of TOXIN In ... |
