中药熏洗配合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀的疗效观察

目的:探讨中药熏洗配合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀的疗效观察。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组(中药熏洗配合针灸)、西药组、针灸组各40例,采用相应治疗方法,每天1次,10天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察患肢肿胀情况。结果:治疗组、西药组、针灸组的总有效率分别为97.5%、82.5%、80.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于西药组和针灸组(P<0.05)。结论:结合中医理论指导原则,中药熏洗配合针灸治疗可温通经脉、调和气血、经络通畅则水肿消退,为治疗中风偏瘫后水肿的有效方法之一。
