| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大黄、虫对药对雌、孕激素负荷大鼠子宫肌瘤模型雌激素受体亚型ERα、ERβ的影响及作用机理。方法:70只SD雌性大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、大黄虫小剂量组、大黄虫中剂量组、大黄虫大剂量组、大黄虫丸组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组。采用雌、孕激素负荷法建立大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,用SABC免疫组化法测定大鼠子宫平滑肌细胞ERα、ERβ的表达水平。结果:模型大鼠子宫平滑肌细胞ERα、ERβ的表达显著增高(P<0.01),各治疗组的ERα、ERβ较模型组均下降(P<0.01)。结论:大黄、虫对药可抑制子宫肌瘤平滑肌细胞ERα、ERβ的表达,这可能是该药治疗子宫肌瘤的主要机理之一。
