HIV感染者/AIDS患者96例抗病毒治疗前后CD_4~+T细胞水平分析

目的通过对HIV感染者/AIDS患者的高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HARRT),观察CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对计数及CD4+T/CD8+T比值,分析抗病毒治疗的效果。方法检测治疗前后CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对计数及CD4+T/CD8+T比值,运用统计学方法对数据进行处理。结果 96例血标本抗病毒治疗前后CD4+T计数分别为(102.63±28.57)和(249.41±23.95)个/μl;CD4+T/CD8+T比值分别为(0.23±0.19)和(0.42±0.23),治疗效果明显,无论男性、女性治疗都是有效的;在无症状或出现较轻症状HIV感染者的治疗效果比疾病严重或较重者好。结论 HARRT的治疗效果明显,可提高HIV感染者/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗的比例,延缓疾病进程和降低病死率。

Analysis on CD4+ T lymphocyte counts before and after antiviral therapy in 96 HIV/AIDS patients

[Objective]By using highly active antiretroviral therapy(HARRT) in HIV/AIDS patients,to obverse the absolute CD+4 T lymphocyte count and CD+4/CD+8 T-cell ratio,and analyze the effect of antiviral therapy. [Methods]The absolute CD+4 T lymphocyte count and CD+4/CD+8 T-cell ratio before and after antiviral therapy were tested,and the statistical method was applied to the data processing. [Results]The CD+4 T lymphocyte count of 96 blood samples before and after antiviral therapy was(102.63±28.57) /μl and(249.41±23.95)/μl respectively,and the CD+4/CD+8 T-cell ratio was(0.23±0.19) and(0.42±0.23) respectively.The curative effect was significant in both male and female patients.The curative effect in patients with mild symptoms or no symptoms was better than that in severe patients. [Conclusion]The curative effect of HARRT is significant,and it can improve the proportion of antiviral therapy in HIV/AIDS patients,delay disease progression and reduce mortality.
