乳腺癌改良根治术后新型置单根引流管的护理

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后放置单根细引流管的护理。方法 20例新型乳腺癌改良根治术放置单根细引流管的观察及护理,保持通畅,妥善固定,严密观察引流的量、质、色,给予功能指导。结果 20例患者无一例发生伤口感染、皮肤坏死,均愈合良好,痊愈出院。结论乳腺癌改良根治术置单根细引流管术后创伤小,置管时间较短,皮肤坏死几率小,恢复早。

NURSING OF SINGLE DRAINAGE TUBE IN A NEW TYPE OF BREAST CANCER MODI- FIED RADICAL SURGERY

Objective To investigate the care of breast cancer modified radical surgery single fine drainage tube placement. Methods There were 20 cases of new breast cancer modified radical placed single fine observation and nursing of the drainage tube. We kept the unobstructed, properly fixed, the strict observation of drainage quantity, quality, color, and giving guidance function. Results 20 patients had no wound infection, skin necrosis, healed well, and fine out of the hospital. Conclusion Breast cancer modified radical single fine postoperative trauma small drainage tube, catheter time is shorter, skin necrosis, and less chance recovers early.
