| 摘 要： | 目的比较经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术后采用加压止血器与弹力绷带的护理效果。方法120例实施经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术后的冠心病患者作为研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组采用加压止血器止血,对照组采用弹力绷带止血。结果观察组手麻木、手肿胀、压迫处疼痛、穿刺处出血和穿刺周围青紫等的发生率均显著低于对照组(均p<0.05)。相关并发症经处理后得到控制。结论对于经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术采用加压止血器止血,具有更好的综合效果,值得临床考虑。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the nursing effect of elastic bandage and pressure hemostat after transradial artery approach for coronary intervention. Methods After transradial artery approach for coronary intervention,120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with elastic bandage for hemostasis,and the observation group with pressure hemostat. Results The incidences of numbness in the hand,swollen hands,pain in pressure point,hemorrhage in the puncture site and cyanoderma around puncture in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（ all p〈0. 05）. Related complications were controlled by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion After transradial artery approach for coronary intervention,pressure hemostat is effective for hemostasis. |
