| 摘 要： | 目的 了解单纯性肥胖对学龄前儿童适应行为的影响.方法 以武汉市城区3所幼儿园体检筛查并经医学诊断的112名单纯性肥胖儿童为病例组,以肥胖度正常的儿童为对照组,进行1∶2配对,采用儿童适应行为评定量表评价其适应行为.结果 单纯性肥胖组儿童适应行为商数(109.33±13.56)分、独立功能、认知功能、社会/自制因子评分[(49.51±12.02)分,(52.25±12.05)分,(67.22±12.76)分]均低于对照组儿童[(123.5±10.01)分,(59.96±11.86)分,(58.18±13.79)分,(74.96±9.96)分],感觉运动、生活自理、语言发展、个人取向、社会责任、时空定向、劳动技能和经济活动分量表评分也低于对照组,差异具有显著性(均P<0.05).结论 单纯性肥胖导致学龄前儿童适应行为偏低.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of simple obesity on preschool children's adaptive behavior.Methods 112 simple obese children was chosen as cases,all of whom are found by medical examination from 3 kindergartens in Wuhan,and 224 children without obesity as controls.Scale of Child Adaptive Behavior(CABS)dren's scores of adaptive behavior quotient(109.33±13.56),The scores of independent function,cognitive function and social factors(49.51±12.02,52.25±12.05,67.22±12.76)and 8 measuring sub-scales are significant lower than children without obesity(P<0.05).Conclusion Preschool children's simple obesity can lower down their adaptive behavior. |
