奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗躁狂发作的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗躁狂发作的临床疗效。方法:选择住院治疗的70例躁狂发作患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组用奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗,对照组用氯丙嗪联合碳酸锂治疗,比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率为91.4%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后BRMS评分均有显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗前后两组间比较,差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为31.4%,对照组不良反应发生率为57.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗躁狂发作效果显著,不良反应少,值得在临床更多应用。

Clinical effect of Olanzapine combined with Lithium to treat mania episode

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Olanzapine combined with Lithium to treat mania episode.Method For 70 cases with mania episode were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Olanzapine combined with Lithium,while the control group was treated with Aminazine combined with Lithium,their treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group is 94.3%,which of the control group is 91.4%,the difference isn′t statistical significance（P0.05）;BRMS score of the two groups obviously decrease after treating,compared with that before treating,the difference is statistical significant（P0.05）,but there is no significant difference between the two groups at before and after treating（P0.05）;the adverse rate of the observation group is 31.4%,which of the control group is 57.1%,the difference is statistical significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It has good effect of using Olanzapine combined with Lithium to treat mania episode and has fewer adverse reactions,it can be widely used in clinic.
