| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重建型交锁髓内钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折的方法和疗效。方法:采用重建交锁髓内钉固定生物学稳定固定。结果:经3～24个月随访,15例患者骨折全部愈合,愈合平均时间6个月,下肢功能和关节活动良好。结论:重建交锁髓内钉治疗同侧股骨颈、股骨干多段骨折是一种良好的内固定选择方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To type in the lock up with what the treatment to the side of the key of the femoral neck bone fractures.the method and curative.Methods By the locked up in a diplomatic relations between the myelin biological stability.Results After 3 to 24 months,all fractures healed in 15 patients,the average healing time of 6 months,lower extremity function and range of motion is good.Conclusion Heavy diplomatic relations with the lock on the myelin treatment of the femoral neck,side of the femoral do much of the fracture is a good choice of approach the regular. |
