三维超声对胎儿畸形产前诊断价值

目的:探讨三维超声对胎儿畸形产前诊断情况。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析畸形胎儿超声检查资料,分别通过二维超声和三维超声检查比较。结果:三维超声诊断脑膜膨出、脊柱裂、前腹壁畸形、颜面部畸形、肢体畸形诊断符合率明显高于二维超声诊断;三维超声诊断胸腔畸形、泌尿系统畸形、消化系统畸形、先天性心脏畸形诊断符合率明显高于二维超声诊断。结论:三维超声具有立体、直观、准确等优点,对于孕妇产前筛查具有重要的作用,值得临床推广应用。

Antenatal diagnostic value of fetal anomaly by 3D hypersound

Objective To approach the antenatal diagnosis of fetal anomaly by 3D hypersound.Method To retrospectively analyze censorship data of fetal anomaly by 3D hypersound in our hospital,which were compared by 2D hypersound and 3D hypersound.Results The diagnosis coincidence of cystic cranioschisis,cleft spine,anterior abdominal wall abnormity,facial surface abnormity and limb deformity by 3D hypersound were higher than 2D hypersound.The diagnosis coincidence of cavitas thoracis anomaly,urinary system anomaly,alimentary system anomaly and congenital malformation of heart by 3D hypersound were higher than 2D hypersound.Conclusion The 3D hypersound were solid,direct-viewing,accurate and forte,is important contribution gravida antenatal examination,is worth to be used.
