| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康教育护理干预对支气管哮喘患者的护理效果。方法:选择支气管哮喘患者81例,将其分为两组,观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予相同临床治疗措施。对照组患者实施常规支气管哮喘护理措施;观察组在对照组护理基础上实施健康教育护理干预。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育护理干预能够提高支气管哮喘患者临床治疗效果,提高患者对护理的满意度,护理效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing effect of health education on bronchial asthma.Method Total 81 cases with bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The same treatment was used in the two groups.The routine nursing of bronchial asthma was given to the control group,and on the basis of nursing of the control group,health education was used to the observation group.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）;the satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention of health education can improve the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of bronchial asthma,the nursing efficacy is significant. |
