明目汤联合西药治疗急性传染性结膜炎的疗效观察

目的探讨明目汤联合西药治疗急性传染性结膜炎的临床效果。方法将2009年1月~2010年1月间住院治疗的急性传染性结膜炎患者52例随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予明目汤加西药治疗。结果观察组总有效率为96.15%,对照组为69.23%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈时间<3 d者占65.38%,对照组占34.61%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈时间>7 d者占3.85%,对照组占30.77%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论明目汤联合西药治疗急性传染性结膜炎的临床效果更好,无明显毒副作用,治疗安全可靠,值得临床应用。

Observation on effect of mingmu soup combined with western medicine in treating patients with pinkeye

Objective To investigate the effect of mingmu soup combined with western medicine in treating patients with pinkeye.Methods 52 cases with pinkeye in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received the mingmu soup combined with western medicine,while the control group received western medicine.Results The total effective rate was 96.15% in treatment group and 69.23% in control group,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).The rate of cure time less than 3 days was 65.38% in the observe group and 34.61% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).The rate of cure time more than 7 days was 3.85% in the observe group and 30.77% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).No obvious side effect was found in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of mingmu soup combined with western medicine in treating patients with pinkeye superior to that of western medicine,they are worth being used widly.
