电针丰隆穴对高血脂症型地鼠肝脏LPL、HL的影响

目的：探讨电针丰隆穴对调节高脂血症型金黄地鼠血脂的作用机制。方法：32只健康SPF级雄性金黄地鼠随机分为正常组8只,采用普通饲料喂养;模型组、电针组、西药组各8只,均采用高脂饲料喂养。1个月后电针组地鼠给予电针丰隆穴治疗;西药组给予阿托伐他汀钙灌胃,共治疗1个月。观察各组地鼠血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）及肝脏脂蛋白酯酶（LPL）和肝脂酶（HL）活性。结果：模型组成功制备为高脂血症地鼠。与正常组比较,模型组地鼠血浆TC、TG、LDL-C显著增高,HDL-C明显降低（P〈0.05）;电针组及西药组血清TC、TG、LDL与模型组比较均明显下降,HDL-C明显上升（P〈0.05,0.01）;肝脏LPL及HL活性电针组高于模型组（P〈0.05,0.01）,西药组与模型组比较差异无统计学意义。结论：电针丰隆穴能明显调节高脂血症型地鼠的血脂代谢,可能与丰隆穴能提高肝脏脂代谢关键酶LPL、HL活性有关。
