| 摘 要： | 目的探讨头电针结合高压氧对脑外伤认知障碍患者认知功能的治疗作用。方法将210例脑外伤后认知功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗前后分别采用NCSE量表和Loewenstein认知功能评定量表评定两组患者的认知功能。结果两组患者治疗前后的NCSE量表和Loewenstein量表评分比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组患者认知功能的改善效果优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论头电针结合高压氧能更有效地改善脑外伤后认知功能，两者合用具有协同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of electric acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the cognition of the patients with cognitive disorder caused by cerebral trauma.Methods 210 cases with cognitive disorder after cerebral trauma were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group;electric acupuncture was given to control group while electric acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment was given to treatment group;Before and after treatment,NCSE and Loewenstein were applied in the 2 groups to assess the cognition of the patients.Results The NCSE and Loewenstein after treatment were quite different from those before treatment in both groups,the improvement of cognition in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electric acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment can effectively improve the cognition of the patients with cognitive disorder after cerebral trauma. |
