血液透析患者护理满意度的调查分析

目的 了解护理人员所提供的护理服务是否适合血液透析患的需要。方法 采用本院护理部设计的护理满意度调查表，对本透析中心120例患进行满意度调查。结果 血液透析患对护理服务的满意度均在87．5％以上．其中最低是健康教育的满意度87．5％，满意度最高是护士形象为98．3％。结论 提高护士的职业形象，加强健康教育，提高护士自身技术水平及专业知识，是提高患对护理工作满意度的重要因素之一。

A survey of nursing satisfaction of hemadialysis patients

Objective To understand nursing satisfaction of hemadialysi s patients with the nursing service.Methods A question-naire of nursing service satisfaction scale designed by our nursing administrative department was used to investigate the satisfaction of120hemadialysis patients.Res ults The satisfacti on rate with nursing service reached over87.5%among the hemadialysis patients;Wh at they were most satisfied with was the images of nurses98.3%and the lowest rat e covered the item of health education87.5%.Conclus ion Improvement of the nurse s'images,enhancement of health education,improvement of nurse's capacity and p rofessional knowledge are key factors to increase the satisfaction of hemadialys is patients.
