莫沙比利联合铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察

目的观察莫沙比利联合铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将2007年3月至2011年2月期间来本院就诊的胆汁反流性胃炎患者62例,随机分为两组,对照组(30例)仅采用铝碳酸镁片治疗,治疗组(32例)在对照组治疗基础上加用莫沙比利,疗程均为6周。观察两组患者临床症状、胆汁反流及黏膜炎症表现情况及药物不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后症状积分较治疗前均明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组治疗后症状积分降低更加明显(P<0.05);胃镜检查结果示治疗组总有效率(90.6%)明显优于对照组(73.3%)(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论莫沙比利联合铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Observation on Effect of Mosapride Combined with Aluminum Magnesium Carbonate Tablets on Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of mosapride combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods 62 patients with bile reflux gastritis from Yunxi People′s Hospital during Mar.2007 and Feb.2011 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)were only treated with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets,while the treatment group(n=32)were treated with mosapride combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets.The treatment duration lasted 6 weeks for both groups.Clinical symptoms,changes of bile reflux,mucosal inflammation and adverse reactions were observed.Results The symptom scores of two groups after treatment reduced more significantly than before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptom score of treatment group decreased more significantly than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05);gastroscopy results showed that the total effective rate of treatment group(90.6%)was significantly better than that of control group(73.3%)(P<0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during the treatment.Conclusion The treatment of mosapride combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets has a good effect on bile reflux gastritis without adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
