| 摘 要： | 急性肺损伤(ALI)是体外循环(CPB)后的重要并发症之一，具体机制尚未完全清楚。CPB术后ALI的诊断无特定的统一标准，各种生理和生化改变可从不同方面提示ALI的发生，为CPB术后早期判断ALI的发生提供一定的依据。 |

| Abstract: | Acute lung injury (ALI) is one of the most important complications after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and the complex pathophysiology remains to be resolved incomplete. At present, there is no specific and uniform criterion about the diagnosis of ALI following CPB. The changes of physiology and biochemistry in the lung can indicate the development of the ALI, and give proof of the early diagnosis of ALI following CPB. |
