高胆红素血症患儿听觉脑干诱发电位异常的综合治疗与护理体会

目的:对新生儿高胆红素血症所致听觉脑干诱发电位异常(BAEP)患儿进行综合治疗。方法:将86例因高胆红素血症入院测BAEP异常患儿随机分为治疗组56例和对照组30例,对照组给予光疗、对症治疗等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用甲氯芬酯(维脑健)、环磷腺苷(康纳欣)综合治疗,10d后复查BAEP。结果:治疗组异常消失率达93%,对照组为6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对高胆红素血症所致BAEP异常患儿积极进行综合治疗疗效显著。

The therapeutic analysis of the abnormalities of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential (BAEP) induced by newborn babies'''' hyperbiliubinemia and nursing

Objective: Comprehensive treatment is carried on the baby patients abnormal in the brainsten auditory evoked potential(BAEP) resulting from hyperbiliubinemia of the newborn babies.Methods:86 babies were randomly divided into treatment group(n=56) and control group(n=30).light theapy,eapectant treatment were given to the control group,on the basis of suitable remedy,meclofenoxate hydrochloride,cAMP were applied in the treatment group.Ten days later,brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)were reexamined.Results:Unusual symptoms disappear by up to 93% in the treatment group,while 6% in the control group,two groups showed significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: The curative effect of comprehensive treatment of the baby patients abnormal in the brainsten auditory evoked potential(BAEP) resulting from hyperbiliubinemia of the newborn babies is remarkable.
