| 摘 要： | 抑郁症的发病机理在神经生化机制方面有神经内分泌功能紊乱假说,主要是下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴（HPA）及下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴（HPT）活动等方面的异常。本文就老年抑郁症与甲状腺素水平的相关研究进行综述,以期指导临床研究与治疗。 |

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of depression in neural biochemical mechanism has hypothesis of neuroendocrine dys-function,which mainly shows exception activity in the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis （HPA） and the hypothala-mus-pituitary-thyroid axis （HPT）,etc.In this paper,the related research of elderly depression and thyroid hormone level are reviewed,in order to guide clinical research and treatment. |
