| 摘 要： | 目的分析2002-2011年张家口市鼠疫监测结果,为该疫源地鼠疫流行和防控工作提供对策。方法收集2002-2011年张家口市鼠疫监测数据,对宿主动物、媒介、病原学资料按不同年份进行统计分析。结果2002-2005年鼠密度逐年增高,并在2002、2003和2005年检出鼠疫菌17株,血清学阳性10份。结论通过每年的鼠疫监测发现了动物间的鼠疫流行,并对动物间鼠疫疫情进行及时有效的处理。宣传教育、灭鼠灭蚤,开展鼠疫应急处理联合演练等综合防治措施,严防人间鼠疫的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the data of pestis in Zhangjiakou form 2002 to 2011,and provide refrence for control measures.Methods Data collecting and statistical analysis.Results The density of mice increased year by year from 2002 to 2005.17 cases of Yersinia pestis were detected in 2002,2003 and 2005 and 10 were positive in serum.Conclusion The epidemic of pestis among animals are monitored.Health education,rodent control and flea control should be strengthened. |
