摘    要:
蟑螂具有很强的适应性与繁殖力,会对人居环境带来潜在的健康危害,是一类重要的媒介害虫。蟑螂的化学防治采用多种剂型并起到了重要作用,而不可避免的是蟑螂抗药性的产生。关于蟑螂抗药性的生理与生化机理已基本明确,但行为抗性的机制一直不清楚。最近关于蟑螂行为抗性的生理机制有了重要突破,同时也改变了人们对胶饵不易产生抗性的认识。本文对蟑螂行为抗性研究历史及其对防治技术带来的挑战进行分析。

Abstract:
Cockroach is an importance vector due to its strong adaptation and fertility, as well as its potential harm to human health. Chemical insecticide played an important role in cockroach control. Meanwhile the resistance of cock- roach to pesticide spread widely and rapidly, the major mechanisms were basically clear such as the physical and bio- chemical resistance. However, the exact physiological mechanism of cockroach behavior resistance remained uncov- ered. Until recently, the breakthrough about the behavior resistance mechanism was made and changed the regular rec- ognition that gel bait could not result in resistance. Herein the history of cockroach behavior resistance research and the consequent challenge to current control methods were analyzed comprehensively.
