| 摘 要： | 目的分析评价解放军第323医院麻醉药品应用情况。方法对该院2006～2010年麻醉药品消耗数据进行统计,以用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)等为指标进行分析。结果麻醉药品销售金额基本呈逐年上升趋势,盐酸吗啡缓释片用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)均列2006～2008年度之首,盐酸羟考酮缓释片用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)列2010年第1位。结论吗啡和羟考酮为治疗癌痛的常用药物,且以缓控释剂型为主,麻醉药品应用基本合理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and evaluate the application of narcotics in our hospital.Methods The utilization of narcotics in our hospital during 2006-2010 was analyzed with consumption sum and DDDs as indexes.Results Consumption sum of narcotics in our hospital increased year by year.With regard to the consumption sum and DDDs,morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets occupied the first place from 2006 to 2008.Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-Release Tablets took up the first place in the list of consumption sum and DDDs in 2010.Conclusion Morphine and Oxycodone are commonly used for the treatment of cancer pain,main dosage form of which is sustained release preparations.The utilization of narcotics was basically rational. |
