| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院抗菌药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2008～2010年抗菌药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计和分析。结果医院2008～2010年抗菌药物消费金额占当年药品消费总额的构成比分别为30.25%,30.03%和29.78%,头孢菌素类在其中占主导地位。结论医院抗菌药物的应用情况基本合理,但仍需进一步规范其临床应用,以保证用药的安全、有效和经济。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and analyze the application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital,and to provide the references for rational drug use.Methods The data on antibacterial use in the hospital from 2008 to 2010 were collected and analyzed,including drug consumption amount and DDDs.Results The annual consumption sum of antibacterial drugs during 2008-2010 in the hospital was 30.25%,30.03% and 29.78%,respectively,with cephalosporins occuping a dominant place.Conclusion The utilization of antibacterial drugs in the hospital is basically rational,but problems still exist,further efforts are needed to ensure safe,efficient and economical drug use. |
