| 摘 要： | 目的建立同仁大活络丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:C18(150mm×3.9mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1mL.L-1磷酸溶液(40∶60);检测波长:280nm;流速:1.0mL.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果黄芩苷在0.07～0.36μg范围内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),黄芩苷的平均回收率为95.7%,RSD为0.5%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于控制同仁大活络丸制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of baicalin in Tongren Dahuoluo Pills.Methods C18(150 mm×3.9 mm,5 μm) column in an oven at 30 ℃ was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol phosphoric acid(40∶60).UV detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The linear ranges of baicalin was 0.07~0.36 μg(r =0.999 8).The average recovery was 95.7%(RSD=0.5%).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Tongren Dahuoluo Pills. |
