双氯芬酸钠栓溶出度测定方法的研究

摘    要:目的 :建立双氯芬酸钠栓溶出度测定方法。方法 :比较转篮法和桨法 ,用一阶导数分光光度法检测 ,提取参数 (T50、Td、m ) ,并对参数进行相关性检验。结果 :两种方法溶出参数差异显著 ,桨法优于转篮法。结论 :本试验方法可用于产品质量控制 ,质控标准为45min溶出量不少于标示量的80 %。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a good method for determining the dissolution rates of diclofenac sodium suppository METHODS:The dissolution method Ⅰ and Ⅱ of ChP(2000) were compared,the first derivative spectrophotometry was used and the parameters(T50,Td,m) obtained from these samples were brought for correlation analysis RESULTS:The dissolution rate of diclofenac sodium suppository from the dissolution method Ⅰ and Ⅱ were remarkably different,and the dissolution method Ⅱ was better than Ⅰ CONCLUSION:The method established by this study is suitable for the quality control of diclofenac sodium suppository,and the percentage of dissolution of diclofenac sodium suppository in 45min more than 80% is the standard of quality control
