男护生临床实习期间存在的问题及思想状况的调查与思考

目的探讨男护生临床实习期间存在的问题，并了解其专业思想状况。方法自行设计调查问卷，对某医科大学护理学院和某医院护校60名男护生及25名临床护理教师进行调查。结果男护生临床实习期间存在的问题有：缺乏与患者、护理教师间的沟通，仪表不规范，面临角色冲突，实习排班受到限制及就业存在矛盾；其思想状况表现为择业目标不明确、对从事护理专业的信心不足。结论社会应重视男性护理人才的培养，护理教育者及管理者应善于发现男护生临床实习期间存在的问题，及时予以正确引导，创造利于男护生发展的环境。

Problems and ideological status of male nursing students during their internship

Objective To investigate the problems of male nursing students during their internship and understand the condition of their thought about professional. Methods The information was collected from 60 male nursing students and 25 clinical nursing faculty of a nursing college and a nursing school by filling out self-developed questionnaire. Results The problems of male nursing students during clinical clerkship included lack of communication with patients and nursing teachers,unstandization of appearance,role conflict,restriction of nursing shift arrangement,and employment conflict. The occupational goal of male nursing students were not clear and they were not confident enough to engage in nursing. Conclusions We should pay more attention to male nursing students. Nursing educators and managers should find the problems of male nursing students, give them guidance in time,and create the condition to facilitate the development of them.
