| 摘 要： | 自1986年11月～1987年6月,对14例食管和胃癌病人经内镜高功率YAG激光治疗。其中10例为食管癌,2例为贲门癌,2例胃癌(包括早期胃癌1例)。本文描述了内镜高功率YAG激光对食管癌、胃癌的治疗作用和应用价值。并讨论了内镜激光治疗的适应症和并发症。 |

| Abstract: | From November 1986 to June 1987, 14 patients with esophageal and gastric car- cinomas were treated with endoscopic powerful YAG laser. Of them 10 were esopha- geal carcinoma, 2 cardiac carcinoma, 2 gastric carcinoma (including 1 early case). The mean number of treatments required to alleviate symptoms and relieve obstruction was 4.45 (range 2-10). No complication occurred in this series. The results of this study were encoufaging. The indications, complications, methodology, and usefulness of endoscopic YAG laser therapy was discussed. |
