Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of breathe anesthesia on experimental and clinical significance in 7.0 T animals magnetic resonance (NMR) studies.MethodsSelected 80 SD rats, each 130 g, used oxygen (2.0 lps) plus isoflurane (0.5%) for the induction of anesthesia. After anesthesia completely, moved the rats to check bed, then devided the rats into 4 groups according to the continuous anesthesia dose (0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25%), with 20 rats in each group, for T2 WI imaging in rat's abdomen.ResultsIn the experiments, 4 rats were death, 15 used a second anesthesia and 76 rats completed the experiments, compared with A、B、D groups, group C was best in the security and practicability, the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionIn the experiments, the quality of breathing can directly affect the quality of the images, the experiment process and results have a direct impact to the diagnosis of lesions. Proper anesthesia dose can effectively control the status of the experimental animals, improve the quality of the experiment and provide experiment protection for clinical diagnosis.
