神经内镜辅助下慢性硬膜下血肿治疗体会

目的：探讨神经内镜在慢性硬膜下血肿清除术中的作用。方法：对30例患者慢性硬膜下血肿采用软性神经纤维内镜下钻孔冲洗术进行治疗,术中在直视下彻底冲洗血肿,清除血肿腔内的血凝块,电凝出血灶,打通血肿分隔并将血肿腔与正常硬膜下腔打通,术毕用生理盐水连续冲洗。结果：术后随访2个月至12个月,30例硬膜下血肿完全消失,临床症状迅速好转;无严重并发症发生。结论：内镜下慢性硬膜下血肿清除更彻底,可以明显提高治疗效果,是一种暴露好、并发症少的手术方式。

Experience of endoscopic-assisted evacuation of chronic subdural hematoma
